Good Times for marriage visa couple..

The Times newspaper has today published an excellent article about the JCWI test case on the minimum age rules for marriage visas. The charity is supporting Amber and Diego Aguilar in the Court of Appeal as they try to overturn the Home Office rule change which denies 18 to 21 year olds the right to move to the UK to live with their British spouces. You can read more about the successes of our casework team in the bulletin, which has now been sent out to all members. You can join JCWI at our website.
